CONDITIONS: The bid must be submitted in one (1) original only and must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of certified check, certified check, money order, bank draft or valid bond in an amount equivalent to ten percent ( 10%) of the total value of the bid (excluding taxes). The City of Sept-Îles reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
