Site work and paving for a civil project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The successful bidder will be responsible for construction of the Beryl Road Site Modifications. The work includes construction of a 500-foot access asphalt road and a 105-foot concrete loading dock with 275-foot asphalt approaches. Demolition of a structure and other incidentals is required as well as construction of a closed drainage, erosion control and site grading. All proposals shall be lump sum. All questions during the bid are to be directed to Mary Beth Elfers, in the form of an RFI, via email to melfers@ljbinc.com by May 25, 2021 by 3:00 PM. All documentation during the bid period will be sent via email to the address provided during the pre-bid meeting. However, it is the responsibility of all participating in the bid to check before the bid to verify they have all RFl's and Addenda that may have been issued. The list of general contractors attending the pre-bid will be available after the pre-bid meeting.
