Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference number : 1537533 Estimated value: $ 732,400 to $ 5,283,199 The project consists of demolishing and relocating one of the retaining walls allowing access, below current ground level, to the College's waste compactor. The project also consists of creating a covered space in the area suitable for the storage and disposal of residual materials collected in the College. The interventions provided for in the plans and specifications mainly consist of demolition and construction work in the field of civil engineering, architecture and mechanical and electrical engineering. The work also involves interventions affecting the structures of existing buildings. With the exception of the spring break, restrictions on noise and vibrations caused by the work site will be in effect and this type of intervention must be carried out outside of the College's occupancy periods. Access to the reception of goods from the cafeteria must also be set up at the start of the fall 2022 session. However, the contractor must take into account that the building will be occupied throughout the execution of the work and must keep account of these conditions in the sequencing of its work. Note that the roof repairs will be carried out on the roof of Block G during the summer.
