Interstate Drive Tank Recoating: Remove existing coating system(s) to the bare metal, surface preparation (filing pits, seams, etc.), disposal of the coating residue in accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations, protection of surrounding properties, and the application of a new coating system to the one million gallon capacity elevated water storage tank, including all associated incidentals and appurtenances required for a complete project. Provisions to put in place to ensure contractor is in compliance with all OSHA requirements in the containment of paint and silicone dust. A Five Percent Bid Security is required. Title Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids. To complete the Work in 120 calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed..
