Complete repair and redevelopment of the lodges and existing sanitary services in the basement, under the stage of the Théâtre de la Cité Universitaire (TCU); The removal of the two staircases leading from the pit to the stage and the construction of two new compliant staircases; The replacement of the steel guardrails on the edge of the balcony by a continuous tempered glass guardrail of a regulatory height. TIMELINE: Tender call for general contractor was previously cancelled. Project has been put on hold. Timelines for a new tender call and construction is undetermined. Further update in spring, 2026.
