This project includes the construction of a new sanitary sewer wet well, submersible pump station and decommissioning of the existing Hopper's Field Pump Station located in Redfield, Arkansas. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined at the following location: Hawkins-Weir Engineers, Inc. 211 Natural Resources Drive Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 501-374-4846 Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from Hawkins-Weir Engineers. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. The Redfield Water Works reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
