The intent of this solicitation is to receive a proposal with a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from Contractors and a price to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and appurtenances for drilling, construction, developing, testing, and equipping of four (4) irrigation wells, construction of a pump station with wet well storage, three connections to the secondary system, and all associated piping and site work at 11129 South Riverfront Pkwy and surrounding area.
