Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace existing Dukane intercom control system, to include all equipment, wiring, rack, amplifiers, audio source (audio auxiliary jack) and etc. at Gracewood Elementary, A.R. Johnson, Josey High School, and Westside High School. The Richmond County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. All existing wiring and components from existing termination punch blocks to each end station shall remain in place and in use by the new system. 3. Contractor shall confirm existing "to remain" components functionality and compatibility pre-& post new equipment installation. 4. Any required allowances for repair of existing components shall be determined pre-new equipment installation and pre-demo of existing equipment. 5. Contractor shall provide additional support as outlined In Specification / Basis for Design. 6. Provide 1-year NDL (labor and material) warranty for the new intercom and peripheral systems. Prorated warranties are not allowed. 7. Dispose all debris properly. Care needs to be taken to protect surrounding areas and personnel from debris.
