The Project will consist of the following: site preparation, maintenance and protection of traffic, erosion and sediment control, stream protection, selective demolition, sawcutting, furnishing and installing six (6) reinforced concrete box culverts with headwalls, one (1) reinforced concrete pipe, seven (7) HDPE storm sewer pipes, four (4) precast concrete stormwater manhole structures, two (2) concrete headwalls, flared end sections, approximately 3,271 linear feet of riprap lined drainage swales, approximately 2,340 linear feet of infilled turf reinforcement mat lined drainage swales, approximately 60 linear feet of stacked rock spillway, select fill backfill, subbase, hot mix asphaltic concrete paving, site restoration and all incidentals required for a complete project in the Town of Windham, Greene County, New York. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The project is being funded by the NYS Governor's Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR), NY Rising Community Reconstruction Program with Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. Potential bidder's attention is called to the Exhibits within to review requirements under the funding programs related to this project. The Town of Windham encourages Minority Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises and Section 3 firms to respond. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
