Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Township of Jefferson. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27), Affirmative Action Regulations and P.L. 1977, Chapter 33 and as amended P.L. 2016 Chapter 43 of the Statement of Ownership Disclosure. The Municipality reserves the right to hold bids for 60 days.
