The lift station has been designed to be constructed with a 6-foot diameter concrete wet well at a depth of 21.0 feet below natural ground (by caisson construction), with a 10-inch diameter influent line at a 15-foot depth, two (2) submersible lift pumps, a 4-inch force main, elevation controls, auto dialer, a manual power transfer switch. The facility will be encompassed by an 8-foot tall security fence. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining, installing, and constructing all materials per plans and specifications to provide a fully functional and operational sanitary lift station. The Contractor hereby agrees to begin work within ten (10) calendar days after written Notice to Proceed has been given by Engineer. Contractor hereby also agrees to achieve Substantial Completion of the Work within 150 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed and to achieve Final Completion of the Work within 165 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
