Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bristol, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Project scope includes multiple mechanical and electrical improvements throught the existing Bristol Police Department facility, including the following: a. Removal of the existing steam boilers and steam system and installation of new High Efficiency hot water boilers, and associated pumps, new hydronic hot water piping distribution and controls, new hot water unit heaters. b. Replacement of the existing air handing systems and return fans serving the facility. c. Replacement of the existing general and toilet exhaust fans on the roof of the facility d. New dedicated parking garage air handing system e. New split air cooled chiller system f. Minor ductwork modifications throughout the building g. Electrical gear upgrade/replacement h. Emergency Lighting and Exit sign upgrade and replacement i. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All certified payrolls must list the hours worked and wages paid to All Persons who perform work ON SITE regardless of their ownership Reporting and payment of wages is required regardless of any contractual relationship alleged to exist between the contractor and such person. The Contractor shall, at its own expense, take out and possess all necessary permits required and licenses required by law and necessary for the prosecution of the work under this Contract; including the posting of all bonds and payment of all fees and charges incidental to the due andlawful prosecution of the work covered by the Contract. The City of Bristol does not waive permit fees for work performed under this contract.
