Site work and renovation of a civil project in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Union County Public Schools is soliciting bids for upgrading the wastewater systems at Forest Hills High School and Prospect Elementary School by performing the following: Waste Water System Replacement at Forest Hills High School, 100 Forest Hills School Road S, Marshville, NC 28103 Sand Filter Replacement at Prospect Elementary School, 3005 Ruben Road, Monroe, NC 28112. Alternate 1: Forest Hills High School-installation of single tank and pump package to supplement existing lift station. Existing lift station shall remain in operation throughout the installation process. This is considered an Add/Deduct Cost. Alternate 2: Prospect Elementary School (Preferred Alternate)-Orenco Systems, Inc. AdvanTex AX-Max Treatment System at Prospect Elementary School. This is considered an Add/Deduct Cost.
