Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Proposals will not be accepted from vendors who do not attend this meeting. The Town of Smithfield reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or part thereof, to waive any and all informalities, and to award the contract on the basis of the lowest responsible evaluated bid proposal. The project consists of structural remediation, selective demolition, renovations & Historic Preservation to the East Smithfield Neighborhood Center. The work includes but is not limited to concrete work, masonry, interior finishes, structural remediation, exterior finishes, windows, doors and frames and plumbing, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Refer to the contract documents included in this RFP for full project scope.
