As of June 2021, the project has been placed on hold until later this year sometime. No additional information is available. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and conducting a competitive process with a qualified firm to provide general and specialized materials and construction testing and/or inspection by a third party testing service for road, wastewater, flood control, parks, buildings and other public facilities and infrastructure projects over the next five years. The services include but are not limited to general and specialized materials and construction testing services for City projects located in Bullhead City, Arizona. Questions regarding this RFQ must be received by Susan Carroll no later than May 18, 2021. Technical questions concerning the specifications listed within the RFQ that can be resolved by a brief answer or clarification, should be directed to Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, (928) 763-0128, fax no. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal.
