Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hackett, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project: Hackett School District No. 17 Upgrades to HVAC 2021 Hackett, AR Hackett Public Schools will accept sealed bids for the Upgrades to HVAC 2021 project. Bid packages include: P01 HVAC P02 Electrical P03 Vinyl Windows P04 Door and Door Frame Replacement, materials supply only Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Interested parties are invited to attend. All bid packages include all labor, materials, equipment etc as necessary and are outlined in the Scope of Work. Read this information carefully. Each individual bid shall be clearly identified with Contractors name, address, phone number, Bid Package and contractors license number. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in excess of $35,000.00. Each successful bidder, on contracts that exceeds $35,000.00 for each Proposal / Bid Package, shall provide a performance and payment bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. All Division of Public Schools requirements are to be met in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the bid date. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities / irregularity in the bids, reject any and all bids, and accept bids which are in their best interest.
