It is the intent of this solicitation to select a contractor to provide construction services to bring the Project to pre-flood conditions. The existing sand and drainage have all been compromised. Responsible bidders should provide a list of five (5) similar completed projects in the last 2 years. Bidders should be prepared to supply labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project. Property contains 49 bunkers, totaling 81,125 SQFT.
