Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 46,600-square-foot, two-story above grade recreation facility; for site work for a recreation facility; and swimming pool.
The project consists of a 46,600 SF, two story building, with Level 2 spectator seating for 972 persons (including accessible seating), a 50-meter Olympic size competition swimming pool, strength training room, a wet classroom, locker/shower rooms, offices, concessions, and associated pool equipment, mechanical, and electrical rooms. Site work consists of concrete retaining walls, an asphalt-paved 155-space parking lot, associated landscaped areas, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
