Rue Dieudonné Jacques Roy Avenue Centenary avenue To Be Considered, Your Submission Must Be Placed in a Sealed Envelope Bearing the Inscription "Call for Tenders 2021-01 - Works of Pavage - Streets - Municipality of Saint-Jules" A tender guarantee equivalent to 10% of the amount of the tender in the form of a bond by an authorized company, certified check, money order, draft or letter of guarantee drawn on a banking institution or a credit union doing business in Quebec to the order of the Municipality must accompany the submission. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion and according to the budget provided. The Municipality of Saint-Jules cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
