Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Cumming, Georgia. Design plans call for the construction of a 135,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Forsyth County is soliciting proposals from highly qualified firms to provide full construction documents for the construction of a new Forsyth County Administration Building and associated parking. Project will include determining current need and anticipated growth of facility, it is anticipated the building will be 135,000 square feet. It is anticipated that this project will be located on Freedom Parkway, Cumming, GA. No Firm may withdraw their Proposal within 90 days after the actual date of the opening, thereof. Award of proposal will be made at a later date. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
