Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Elsinore, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 13, 2022, a general contractor was awarded in July, 2022, and construction has been completed. Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: A This project consists of the replacement of existing vaulted belowground backflow devices, in multiple locations throughout the District, within the Cities of Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, and Wildomar. The primary work involves removing existing single check backflow devices within vaults and replacing them with above ground double check backflow devices. Seventeen (17) devices will need to be relocated to allow for raising above ground as they are located in traveled paths. The existing vaults will be demolished and the surface will be restored to match the surrounding area. Before reinstating the fire service, the pipe and backflow devices will be disinfected and tested. The Contractor is responsible for filing and payment of any necessary permits, traffic control and all work shown on the Contract Documents.
