Separate sealed Bids for Narragansett Bay Commission FY 2019 Fields Point WWTF Improvements Phase 2, Due to COVID19, bid procedures are subject to change and will be addressed by addendum as necessary given Federal and State guidelines and practices in place at the time of bid opening. The work generally consists of the resurfacing and restriping of the Central Office Building parking lot and repair to catch basins; installation of a stormwater drainage trench drain and piping, rehabilitation of a concrete wet well and valve pit the replacement of wet well pumps and associated pipings; regrading and resurfacing of drive aisles to promote surface drainage including installation of retaining wall; modifications to the Screw Lift Pump Station building including new stainless steel covers for four screw lift pumps, removal of obsolete plant water piping, new HVAC system and associated ductwork, and stairway seals; installation of new dampers at the Foundry Tunnal Shaft and at four gate and screening structures as well as repairs to the odor control system at Calvary Street; and installation of 400 feet of new sodium hypochlorite suction lines within a containment system, as indicated on the Drawings and as specified. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90-calendar days after the actual date of the openings thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and/or to reject any or all bids.
