Pursuant to its authority under Idaho Code 31-4801, et seq, the Board of Commissioners of Ada County ("Board" or "County") is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from contractors ("Contractor" or "Proposer") qualified to provide the design and construction of a new commercial metal building with an approximate footprint of 10,400 square feet to accommodate spaces for offices, field team spaces as well as garage space ("Project") at the Ada County Landfill, located at 10300 N. Seaman's Gulch Road, Boise, Idaho 83714. The purpose of this RFP 21031 ("RFP 21031") is to solicit Proposals from Contractors who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to design the Project, in accordance with Idaho Public Works projects requirements, and construct the required elements of the Project, such that at final completion, the Project is fully functional. The successful Proposer shall be responsible for providing Engineer-approved drawings for the Project, the implementation and commissioning of the Project, including development of applicable user acceptance testing, system integration and connectivity to existing resources. Substantial and Final Completion dates for the Project will be mutually determined by the selected Proposer and the County during the programming part of the Project between the Proposer and the County.
