Downtown Core 1 (DNC1) - Supply materials, equipment and labour to repair and paint five (5) balconies, including railings, doors and concrete floors. Falconridge 7 (FAL7) - Remove and dispose of all solid concrete stairs and concrete blocks in front yard listed below. Supply and install new poured concrete sidewalks and risers as noted on list below. Supply and install handrails as required to meet current building code. Supply and install 8’0’X5’0’ section at the base of stairs to support structural 4”X4” wood posts and concrete post supports, existing posts to be utilized and cut to height. All grassed areas that have been disturbed by construction of new concrete must include rehab with new sod where required. Supply and install sod for damaged grass during construction and water till grass is established. Montgomery 4 (MON4) - Remove and dispose of all concrete sidewalk blocks in front and side yards including any solid concrete sections for stairs or landings. Supply and install new poured concrete sidewalks and risers as noted on list below. Supply and install handrails as required to meet current building code. All grassed areas that have been disturbed by construction of new concrete sidewalks must include rehab. Supply and install sod in all damaged areas and water until grass is established. North Haven 2 (NHV2) - Remove and dispose of all solid concrete stairs and sidewalk blocks in front & back yards listed below. Supply and install new poured concrete sidewalks and risers as noted on list below. Supply and install handrails as required to meet the current building code. All grassed areas that have been disturbed by construction of new concrete sidewalks must include rehab. Supply and install sod to damaged areas and water until grass is established. Supply and install new 6” wide drain channels thru sidewalk complete with aluminum or steel grating. CHC to determine locations of drains, allow for 4 sections thru 3’0” sidewalk. Ogden 6 (OGD6) - Site Specific Scope: Remove and dispose of all solid concrete sidewalk blocks in front and side yards of units listed below. Supply and install new poured concrete sidewalks, risers and patios as noted on list below. Supply and install new handrails as required to meet current building code. All grassed areas that have been disturbed by construction of new concrete must include rehab. Supply and install sod in damaged areas, water till grass is established.
