Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a power facility; for the demolition of a power facility; power facility; for site work for a power facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The work of this project includes o Expanding and improving the Substation Building, installing new electrical switchgear lineups and other electrical improvements o Replacing a variety of electrical equipment (e.g., switchgear lineups, unit substations, MCCs, panel boards, etc.) at the following buildings: o Compressor, East Primary Treatment, East Pretreatment, Gravity Thickening, Flotation Thickening, East Secondary 1, East Secondary 2, West Secondary 2, Primary Treatment 1, Sludge Thermal Conditioning, Maintenance Warehouse, F&I1, and F&I2 o Expanding the plant Wi-Fi network. Site visits are limited to two individuals from each firm. PPE is self-provided and must be worn at ALL TIMES A health screening will be performed prior to entrance to the plant. Additional site visit requirement info will be sent prior to scheduled site visit. All site visits must be pre-scheduled. No walk-in site visits will be allowed. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
