Connection to the Sanitary Network
The Camp le Manoir, as project manager and responsible for carrying out the work, calls for tenders for tenders to carry out improvement work on the facilities for which it is responsible for the purposes of its jurisdiction. under an agreement with the Municipalité des Éboulements, which owns the premises. The Municipality has consented to the execution of this work and only Camp le Manoir will be involved in the contract to intervene, in particular for the assumption of the costs of the work for which it holds the necessary funding for them. The work to be performed is as follows: Redo the site's gravity sewer network to convey water to an existing septic tank.
Connect the septic tank to the planned pumping station.
Supply and install the new pumping station.
Connect the pumping station to the existing discharge line that goes to the municipal sewer system.
Make a new connection to Hydro-Québec
Make a main entrance into a new technical shed installed by the camp.
Make the electrical distribution of each chalet, garage and showers independently.
Connect and install the new control panel of the proposed pumping station
Install empty conduits that will be used in the future to upgrade the fire alarm system.
The repair of the fire alarm system is not part of this call for tenders.
The person in charge of the Camp le Manoir call for tenders is Mr. Thomas Lepage-Gouin.
Camp le Manoir des Éboulements reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received and to withdraw certain parts from the contract. Furthermore, Camp le Manoir will not be liable for any prosecution or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of such decisions.
Bid bond 10% is required.
Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
