Provide all labor, material, equipment, and equipment to replace the existing double boat launch ramp with a new concrete ramp steepened from 7% to 14% with imported fill, a floating dock system with 8 new steel pilings and 9 float sections. Work also includes asphalt paving, replacement of a concrete vault toilet, installation of a concrete loading platform, a kiosk, and a new entrance gate at the Department's Glen Williams Access area, located at O Sullivan Dam Road, Potholes, Washington 98837, in Grant County. The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $850 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time.
