As of 07/16/2021 This project has been awarded to Aqua Pure Enterprise in the amount of $45, 334.59. The successful bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work under this Contract as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certified payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and the requirements of the Bidding Documents. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waiver irregularities in the bidding procedure, or accept the Bid that, in its opinion, will serve the best interest of the School District. Any such decision shall be considered final. The Owner reserves the right to set aside a Bid from a Contractor who, in the Owner opinion, does not exhibit past experience equal to the size and scope of this project The Board of Education, Township High School District 208, Cook County, Illinois, ("School District," "Board," or "District 208") is requesting and accepting proposals from qualified vendors to replace the pool water UV sanitation system and integrate with existing pool water chemical controller. Riverside Brookfield High School District 208 is accepting proposals for the replacement of their pool water UV sanitation system at the Riverside Brookfield High School main building. The new pool water UV sanitation system will be in the same location as the existing system and integrated with existing pool water chemistry controller which will be upgraded as specified in the attached description/plans.
