Nero Office Addition and West Boundry Fence A five-percent (5%) Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check is required with bid proposals of $150,000.00 or more NOTICE TO PROCEED 2/3/2023 (Tentative) SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION 9/13/2023 (Negotiable) Contractor Questions: All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager at kevin.becker@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is 12/8/2022 at 2:00 PM. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. All questions and answers will be posted as solicitation amendments on the Vendor Self Service (VSS) website. The project consists of a 2910 SF addition onto the existing Colorado Parks and Wildlfife Northeast Regional Office. The addition consists of 10 offices, a conference room, open work area, and associated toilet and mechanical spaces. In addition, the exterior siding for the existing building will be replaced. This project also includes new entrances gates and associated fencing, redesign parking loop, and associated landscaping. 21158 The deadline for questions is 12/8/2022 at 2:00 PM.
