The work consists of 1, 961 linear feet of 24-inch water transmission, 142 linear feet of 16-inch water transmission, 33 linear feet of 14-inch water main, 24-inch and 16-inch Flow Control Valves, 24-inch and 16-inch plug valves and vault, two 24-inch and two 16-inch isolation valves and vaults, connection of 14-inch and 24-inch to PCCP, SCADA equipment and conduits, and appurtenances. This project is a lump sum bid. Bidder shall provide a lump sum bid in the bid schedule. In addition, the bidder shall complete the lump sum breakdown (Quantity, Unit Price and Total Price). If the lump sum bid and breakdown is not provided, the bid will be rejected. Time for substantial completion shall be 290 days, which shall commence on the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed.
