Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Replace Substations A and B Project as required by drawings and specifications. Work shall be performed at Cleveland VAMC, located at 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106. All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with the project specifications and drawings. All work to be closely coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer s Representative (COR). DURATION OF PROJECT: All work to be completed within 630 calendar days from the contractor s receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
