Sealed Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud after the specified closing time at the Administration Building in the conference room. All interested parties are invited to attend. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the Environmental Protection Division. Project involves provisions of all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials necessary to perform roofing work to an existing building roof as detailed in the construction documents and located at 32 Cleveland Street. Construction start date is to be coordinated with the owner but is anticipated to be June 28, 2021 for the West Side Pump Station with completion by August 20, 2021. The Owner will occupy the existing facility during this timeframe and the contractor will need to anticipate the operating schedule. Payment and Performance Bonds of 100% of contract value are required within 10 days of contract execution. A bid bond from a bonding company of 10% is required to be submitted at time of bid
