Renovation of a municipal facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Disconnect, make safe, remove, and replace existing air handling units in penthouse mechanical room as shown. .2 Disconnect, make safe, remove, and replace existing pumps in penthouse mechanical room as shown. .3 Isolate/drain, remove, and replace existing control valves in penthouse mechanical room as shown. .4 Isolate/drain, remove, and replace existing pneumatic coil and induction unit control valves on floor 1 through 11 with DDC variants, and connect to new/existing DDC controllers as necessary as shown. .5 Disconnect, remove, and replace existing pneumatic thermostats with DDC variants as shown. .6 Refurbish existing combustion make up air unit and replace heating coils. .7 Any other scope indicated on drawings and specifications.
