A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This Project is located at seven different sites in Seattle: 1) 44th Ave SW from SW Brace Point, Dr to SW Cambridge St.; 2) Lake Washington Blvd from E Howell St to E Olive Ln; 3) B Huron St, from Euclid Ave to Power Ave, and Power Ave from E Huron St to B Superior St; 4) 17th Ave NE from NE Naomi Pi to NE 62nd St; 5) S Charles St from 23rd Ave S to 25th Ave S; 6) 36th Ave NW from NW 65th St. to NW 64th St; and 7) SW Spokane St, from 33rd Ave SW to Fauntleroy Way SW. This Project consists of the follow-ing elements of Work: Abandon in-place existing watermains; install new ductile iron and/or HDPE .watermain pipe ranging from 4 inch to 16 inch in diameter by open-trench and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) methods; sanitary sewer pipe replacement; assist. SPUD water operations with cut, cap, blocking and connections to existing watermains, service connection transfers, and tempo-rary connections; and the restara-tion of roadway and landscaping. No pre-bid site inspection has been scheduled for this Project. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a "UNDERGROUND" type of project. with a Past Performance of 14% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
