The work under this contract shall consist of the construction of a LEED certified maintenance facility building, a salt barn and a fueling facility; grading; pavement; site work; erosion control; plantings; drainage improvements; permanent pavement markings; exterior lighting; and structure demolition. The location of the services to be performed for this contract is the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) at 575 West Central Road, Hoffman Estates, Cook County, Illinois Questions pertaining to the intent of the contract documents may be sent to the Illinois Tollway, attention 4079D.4587_Questions@docs.e-builder.net, to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on May 28, 2021.
