Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of rehabilitation of approximately 2,700 feet of 78-inch sanitary sewer via cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) including all preparatory work such as sewer cleaning and television inspection, bypass pumping of wastewater flows, and complete restoration. Owner complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide Bidding Documents in alternative format upon a 72-hour written request. Reasonable accommodations and auxiliary aids will also be provided upon a 72-hour written request. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders. The City provides equal opportunity and encourages small business participation in contracts. The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Established Goal of 2.00% and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Established Goal of 2.00% has been set at for this project.
