Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The deadline to ask questions is 5/25/2021 10:00 AM CST Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Construction of Lift Station, including but not limited to reinforced concrete wet well, wet well lining, excavation backfill and disposal, submersible pumps, piping, fitting, valves, coatings, hatches, water line, reinforced concrete paving, cement stabilized sand subgrade, bollards, temporary access road, Temporary driveway with culvert, wood fencing, site grading and drainage, dewatering, groundwater control system, stormwater pollution control system, electrical controls, and appurtenances. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
