Scope: residential community at Brickyard Park to include a community pool, basketball court, clubhouse, walking paths, multiple pocket parks, dog parks, and a community garden and greenhouse with oversized detention ponds with water features. As of April 15, 2022, this project is in the zoning stage. A developer has been selected for the project. Information regarding a design team has not been disclosed. Construction is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2022. Project Description: IDBK has 25+/- acres located in the downtown area and is earmarked for residential development with a section reserved for greenspace to support community activities, concerts, festivals, etc. IDBK has latitude to structure a deal with a developer to accomplish these objectives in terms of road infrastructure, utilities, materials, and property conveyance. All proposals are subject to design review and approval by the seller.
