The bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bids. The owner is not responsible for the fact that any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. All tenders must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting construction contracts for school board buildings adopted under the Education Act (RSQ, cI-13-3, r.0.01). The Owner does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received.
