Site work for a municipal facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Project location: Project site is located via FM 1488 along Old Conroe Road. Project scope shall include heavy clearing and grubbing of approximately 39 acres. Heavy Clearing and Grubbing (include rootraking and hand picking to 24-inch depth; all cleared and grubbed debris to be disposed by the following method: disposed of off-site via containers, and/or by chipping and disposing of ground Pipeline Crossing, to include Earth Crossing Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the to tal bid amount. Make the Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to theOwner The successful bidder must furnish within seven (7) calendar days from the date the Contractor is notified that the Contract Documents are available for pick up, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond on the forms furnished with the Contract Documents, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned to the Contractor unopened
