City of Lawrence Utilities (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:Maple Lane, Zoeller Avenue, and Wallingwood Drive Water Main Replacement Bids may alsobe submitted at the Government Center up until 1:30 pm. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED for MAPLE LANE, ZOELLER AVENUE, AND WALLINGWOOD DRIVE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT" on the outside of the envelope. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. The Project includes the following Work: The 100% locally funded project includes the replacement of the existing 4-inch water mains on Maple Lane, Zoeller Avenue, and Wallingwood Drive in Lawrence, Indiana. The work includes the labor and material for the installation of approximately 3,785 linear feet of 8-inch water main, water services, new meter pits and surface restoration. Additionally, the work includes drainage restoration along Wallingwood Drive including the labor and materials to install new driveway culverts, storm sewer and structures, and a cross culvert as well as surface restoration. The website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the website.
