Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dade City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Dade City Building Department will receive sealed bids, for the 10th Street Sidewalk project consisting of: the installation of approximately 2,600 linear feet of five (5) foot wide sidewalk and sidewalk ramps conforming with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on the east side of 10th Street between north of Camphor Drive from existing sidewalk and tying into an existing sidewalk at the intersection of Florida Avenue. Restoration of all areas impacted by the work and coordinating with Utility Agency Owners on any necessary relocation is required. Bidders may submit questions in writing only before 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 11, 2021. The City will not respond to questions submitted after that time. The City of Dade City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and reserves the right to reject any or all bids The contract period will begin on the date of the Notice to Proceed following the date of City Commission approval and execution of the Contract Documents. The contract period shall continue for a period of 180 days, contingent on the appropriation of funds, unless canceled in writing by the City of Dade City. The project shall be substantially complete within 150 calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed
