Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 14 The purpose of this Contract is to provide Sign Repair and Replacement Operations, including permanent repairs, pursuant to a Governor's and/or President's Declaration of a State Emergency. This Contract will be a regional contract that includes counties within District D-8/Florida's Turnpike. The Contractor shall perform Sign Repair and Replacement Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. 1. NO Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this project.
2. Award is contingent upon legislative budget approval and availability of funds.
3. Awarded Contractor must execute documents within 10 days.
4. General Liability, Auto and Worker's Compensation Insurance required.

6. The Contractor shall provide a letter to the Department AT THE TIME OF BID, from a surety authorized to do business in the
State of Florida verifying the Contractor is bondable in the State of Florida. For the purposes of this Contract the dollar amount is
established at $500,000.00. The performance bond will be required within five days after commencement of any services. Expertise and Experience is required in the performance of Overhead Signs. The Experience in Overhead Signs form (850-070-03) must be filled out and submitted to be reviewed by the Department.
