The City of Albuquerques Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for 26 parks and provides public displays of flowers and plants for all parks as well as park buildings, Civic Plaza, City Hall, and the Airport. These public displays are used to beautify the City's public facilities and areas. Multiple displays of natural art are presented for public viewing through the growing season and require a quality product. Bidders who fail to abide by this instruction may be deemed nonresponsive. The term of the Contract shall not exceed a total contract term of four (4) years. The City reserves the right to analyze, examine and interpret any bid for a minimum period of ninety (90) calendar days, after the deadline for the receipt of bids. Bids may not be rescinded during this period except for good cause and with the written approval of the Chief Procurement Officer. In those situations where the analysis/evaluation exceeds the ninety (90) calendar days, bidders may withdraw their bids from consideration.
