Each bidder must enclose with his or her bid a certified check or bid bond for the percent of the amount of the bid payable to the Township of Ewing as a guarantee that he or she will execute a valid contract in accordance with the bid and that he or she will furnish services, labor and/or materials bid as and when required under the bid and for the price quoted in the bid. The checks of all unsuccessful bidders will be returned after the contract is awarded. Each bidder must provide along with their bid, a copy of their Business Registration Certificate, as per State Bill C57, effective September 1, 2004. The Township Council of the Township of Ewing Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, or to Waive Any and All Defects and/or Informalities in Any Bid, Should It Deem the Same to Be in the Best Interest of the Township of Ewing.
