Site work for a mixed-use development in Strathcona County, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of roadways within both the Broadmoor Estates and Brentwood neighbourhoods of Sherwood Park; more specifically, Glenmore Avenue and Bonneville Drive (which lie between Broadmoor Boulevard to the west and Oak Street (Vic Bidzinski Way) to the east); and Crane Road and Curlew Crescent (which lie south of Sherwood Drive and east of Brentwood Boulevard). All curb and gutter and monolithic walks within the project areas will be fully replaced. Additionally, significant storm sewer modifications are to be constructed within the Broadmoor Estates neighbourhood. Documents can be obtained from https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca
