Pricing Lump sum This is a request for bid to selectively demolish and reconfigure the interior office space for the Weld County Probation Office located at 918 10th Street, Greeley, CO 80631. 1. This project will involve selective demolition and configuration of interior partitions, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, aluminum storefront, flooring, ceilings, lighting, electrical, and mechanical systems (see attached construction documents). 2. New carpet and rubber wall base at carpeted areas is furnished and installed by Owner. All other flooring and base, if any, are by contractor as noted in the drawings. 3. The existing fire alarm system will need to be modified by a state authorized design/build contractor. All fees for design and permits associated with this are responsibility of bidder. 4. Contractor shall develop a construction schedule highlighting milestones and activities. 5. Anticipated contract date is June 28, 2021. 6. Project will be permitted through Weld County. Fees for building permits will be waived. All other fees and permit costs will be the responsibility of the bidder. 7. All work will be completed at night between the hours of 5:30 PM and 6:30 AM, or on weekends and holidays when the building is not occupied. 8. All trash and debris shall be removed from the site/public areas and properly disposed of when the building opens every morning. 9. Davis-Bacon and Buy American requirements are NOT required. 10. Bids over $50,000 will require a payment (100%) and performance (100%) bond. 11. Weld County is a tax-exempt entity. 12. Contractor will be required to enter into a contract for this service
