INVITATION TO BID The Naples Airport Authority (NAA) invites the submission of Bid Proposals from all interested and qualified parties with demonstrated construction expertise for the Air Traffic Control Tower Renovation and Improvements Project at Naples Airport. The project generally consists of interior renovations and improvements to the existing Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), including installation of new and relocated air traffic control equipment, new tower cab consoles, updated finishes and fixtures, and interior space modifications as specified. The project also includes installation of a backup weather sensor and connection to the ATCT through airport fiber optic network, replacement of rooftop HVAC units, lighting protection upgrades, and other associated work items, and shall include incidentals and all necessary items to complete the work as detailed in the contract documents.. You must register in advance for the ZOOM meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Site visits will be discussed at the Pre-Bid Conference. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days.
