Renovation of a mixed-use development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of performing exterior envelope repairs to the following buildings at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee Campus: SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE & URBAN PLANNING BUILDING: Project work includes sealant replacement at brick masonry, metal panel joints and metal window joints. It also includes repointing of deteriorated mortar joints on the brick masonry, concrete patch repair where exposed concrete is damaged, replacement of compression deteriorated compression seals and sealant along the roofing systems counterflashing joints. Removal and replacement of the sheet metal caps along the roof parapet is also included. ENDERIS HALL: Project work includes sealant replacement at all precast concrete panel joints, brick masonry joints, and limestone coping unit joints. It also includes concrete patch repairs, repointing of deteriorated mortal joints, rehabilitation of steel lintels, installation of through wall flashing above loading dock, and rehabilitation of flashing along the west plaza. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
