Reference number : 1588699 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Environmental rehabilitation of the foundry site as well as reconstruction The City of Gatineau is requesting bids for the environmental rehabilitation of the Foundry site as well as the total or partial reconstruction of the demolished elements. This application is subject to the provisions of the Integrity in Public Contracting Act. The tenderer (firm or group of firms) who submits an application must hold the authorization of the Autorité des marchés publics to be able to enter into a public contract or subcontract. Failure to hold said authorization at the time of filing of this request for quotation, the latter will be automatically rejected . In the event of submission of a bid by a joint venture, each of the companies must have obtained authorization from the Autorité des marchés publics. On the other hand, the number of people who can attend the opening could be limited to ensure the application and respect of the distancing measures. Ville de Gatineau is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
